Reservation Policy

• To complete the reservation process for an apartment, we ask that you provide a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay. Money can easily be deposited into our bank account and then all you must do is inform us about the deposit

Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel your booking 22 days before the date of arrival, your deposit will be refunded (although you will have to cover any additional costs).
• If you cancel less than 21 days before the date of arrival, your deposit will not be refunded.

Customer Obligations

• The remaining balance is to be paid immediately upon arrival at "Nemesis Apartments"
• In the event that you decide to leave before your scheduled departure date, you are requested to pay 50% of the remaining value of the days for which you were scheduled in accordance with provisions in the law of Article 8 N1652/86/ GG 167 A.
